Accessing Other Accounts

  1. Step 1

    Tap Menu at the bottom of the screen on a mobile device or click the User icon on a desktop device.

    Tap Settings on a mobile device then tap Switch Accounts or click Switch Accounts on a desktop.

    Tap or click Add Switch Account. You will need to enter your login credentials for the account.

    Note: Once you have added a Switch Account, click on the + to add additional accounts.

    To “Switch” between accounts:

    On a Mobile device, tap Menu at the bottom of the screen. Next tap Settings and then tap Switch Profiles and select account.

    On a Desktop, click the User icon then click Other Profiles and select account.

Some features for smartphones, like push notifications, are tied to one user's credentials.  Logging in with other credentials may reset some of your settings.  To avoid this, we recommend adding other accounts you frequently access as switch accounts.

The Switch Account must be created on whichever account you are logging into.  Typically you would create the Switch Account on the account you log into most frequently.
