  1. Step 1

    Loans will display on the dashboard and it will show if the loan is past due.  Tap on a loan to view history and additional details.

  2. Step 2

    Within the record you can review Activity, Search for certain transaction history, view Details about the loan, Make a Payment or request a Loan Payoff amount.

  3. Step 3

    Tap on Details to see items such as Loan ID, rate, next payment date, and much more.

  4. Step 4

    While in the record tap on the 3 dots in the upper right hand corner to Make a Payment, Print or Export history displayed on the Activity page or create a Loan Payoff amount. 

    Note: The Make a Payment feature is located next to the 3 dots when accessing from a desktop.
