Add an External Account to View

Help and Support Resources > Account Access > Add an External Account to View

  1. Step 1

    Locate and tap/click Connect on the home screen.

    Locate and tap/click Connect on the home screen.

    Find the financial institution you are adding. If you do not see it tap/click on "Don't see your institution? Search here." then type in the financial institution name.  Once it appears enter your credentials for the other financial institution and Submit.

    Note:  You may get prompted to provide One-Time Passcode.  Select how you want to receive it, then enter the code.

  3. Step 3

    Once account information is confirmed, you will see your account at the other financial institution. Link the account(s) you want to display from the other financial institution.  Add another financial institution account or Save and Exit.  You will now see the account and balance on your home screen.
