Which internet browsers are supported?
Supported internet browsers are Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Safari, and Mozilla Firefox.
Why is the link within the email for online enrollment not working?
The link within the email expires after 1 hour. Be sure to click on the link from the same computer and internet browser you used when enrolling in the service.
Having trouble logging in?
- Check to make sure pop up blockers for your internet browser are disabled. If you are unsure how to do this, you can google "How to check pop up blocker in (name of browser you are using)".
- Your user may be disabled if you haven't logged in to online banking in the last 6 months. You will need to enroll in the service again.
- Contact the credit union if you are unable to resolve the issue.
What happens after multiple unsuccessful login attempts?
Access will be locked, and a password reset may be completed on the website to unlock the user.

When does the link within the email for resetting my password expire?
The link is valid for 2 hours.
When trying to change my password, it will not save?
The new password may not contain all the necessary requirements. Must be 8 to 20 characters in length; cannot match or include your username; have a least 2 numeric characters; and have at least one of the following special characters ? “ # $ % & ( ) + , \ / : { } ‘ *
How do I reset or change my reset password question?
You will need to log in to online banking to change the question. We are not able to change or reset it for you.
Does the online banking platform work with Quicken/Quickbooks?
Yes, the credit union utilizes Web Connect Connection which requires you login to online banking and manually download the content. Direct uploading to the Intuit product is not available.
Why am I being asked for my challenge questions?
Challenge questions are presented as part of a multi-factor authentication tool when various back-end risks are triggered.
