Statement Delivery Options

Need to change the way you receive your statements?  Follow these step-by-step instructions to enroll for eStatements, or switch to a paper statement.

Step 1

Login to Online Banking, click Options, then click Statement Delivery Options.

Select the desired delivery method in the Statement Type drop-down menu. Verify or change the email address where your eStatement notification will be sent, then click Continue
The eStatement Disclosure Agreement will display. Depending on your Statement Type selection in the previous screen, you will either see the Request for Paper Statement Delivery Disclosure, or the Request for eStatement Delivery Disclosure. Read the disclosure, verify your Statement Type and Email Address and click Continue.
Step 2 Select the desired delivery method in the Statement Type drop-down menu.  Verify or change the email address where your eStatement notification will be sent, then click Continue.
Step 3 The eStatement Disclosure Agreement will display.  Depending on your  Statement Type selection in the previous screen, you will either see the Request for Paper Statement Delivery Disclosure, or the Request for eStatement Delivery Disclosure.  Read the disclosure, verify your Statement Type and Email Address and click Continue.
Step 4 You will receive a confirmation message that your eStatement preference has been updated.
Step 5 You will also receive a confirmation email that your eStatement preference has been updated.

Your Statement Delivery Method change is now complete!
