Cardholders with a valid email address on file will receive an email notification when potential fraud is detected. Simply respond using the Fraud or No Fraud hyperlink in the email. Emails are sent 24/7 and will include Trona Valley's email address in the "From" area.
Approximately one minute after the email, you will receive a text alert which also includes the Fraud or No Fraud options. Text alerts are sent between 7am and 9pm EST.
If you do not respond via email or text message, you will receive an automated phone call to confirm or deny fraud. During that call, you can elect to speak to a fraud analyst.
The phone number for our Fraud Center is 1-800-417-4592. If you add this number to your phone contacts and label it "Fraud Center", it will display on your phone whenever you get a call from this number.
